Well Adventure Chicken.....well?
He's very handsome. What's his temperament?
ReplyDeleteGood, he is not aggressive but is not afraid of people either. He is one of the roosters we call the house chickens as he hangs out on the front step. He crows on the deck too! He is usually around when we are outside and a few days ago tried to convince me a stick of wood was a worm!
DeleteHe is a handsome fella!
ReplyDeleteI think so....he was posing rather nicely.
DeleteWhat a handsome devil is Auzzie. I think he knows it, too, doesn't he!
ReplyDeleteYes he does know it but he is not snooty about it!
DeleteBet he is absolutely gorgeous in the sunshine when the light hits those blue-green-black feathers. I like how he is posing for camera... even as a chick. :-)
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed at how a "black" chicken can be so many colors!
DeleteMy, what a handsome fellow! My Charlie comes upon the deck every day looking for his special treat - and stays there until he get it!
ReplyDeleteThey do know they are "da bomb". The Australorp Roosters matured the earliest and it's not really fair to the Buckeye and Buff but.....the Australorps are the best roo's and the nicest to the hens.
